Stegreif - The Improvising Symphony Orchestra is the winner of the TONALi Award 2023 Mut zur Utopie. This gives us the great pleasure of conducting musical and artistic workshops with the TONALi academy members as part of the one-year TONALi residency and jointly designing the programme for the TONALi Festival 2024. The end of the TONALi season will be celebrated musically in the main hall of the Elbphilharmonie, offering the audience special insights into the musical education work of the past year.
The TONALi Award, which has been awarded annually since 2021, honours personalities and institutions that make a social contribution to a diverse and open cultural and musical life through their forward-looking visions.
