With feel:free, Stegreif deliberately focuses on the atmosphere at the moment of the event. Works by well-known and unknown composers, such as Wilhelmine von Bayreuth, Emilie Mayer and Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations, flow into this frenzy. Original compositions by ensemble members are just as much a part of it as many improvised moments, which the audience not only accompanies with its reactions, but also actively shapes.
